Just a reminder that SeDoMoCha will be collecting the first round of learning materials on Friday, March 27th. We will also be sending home the next round of materials on Monday, March 30th.
For drop-off on Friday, March 27th we are asking that folks either drop off work from the past two weeks at the current lunch delivery sites or it can be dropped off at SeDoMoCha between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm (Totes will be located in the entryway by grade level). You do not have to send back anything that was not complete. We ask that work that has been completed be returned in one bag with the students name located on it. This could be the same bag that the work was originally delivered in. Each piece of work in the bag should also have the students name on them as well.
Lunch Delivery sites (Buses will have totes on them to put the work into):
– Charleston Community Center Parking Lot: 125 School Road, Charleston
– Sebec Event Center Parking Lot: 676 Milo Road, Sebec
– Monson Town Office Parking Lot: 10 Tenney HIll Road, Monson
For pick-up on Monday, March 30th we will be delivering the next round of learning materials. This has been planned out to last until April 27th.
If your child is normally a car pick-up or walker, we are asking that you come by the school between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm to pick up these materials. If your child is doing most of their work online and are unsure if hard copy materials are coming home, we ask that you check with your child’s teacher. All elementary students should be receiving materials on the 30th.
If your child normally rides a bus then we will be delivering these to individual houses, if possible. If you would rather pick these items up at the school, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org so we don’t put them on the bus.
We also wanted to share that we miss all of our students and hope that they have been able to connect with their teachers in some way during this time. As always if you need anything please don’t hesitate to contact us.
