We are really excited to share some news with you!  SeDoMoCha Food Program will be sending home Thanksgiving meals to families who could benefit from them.  We want everyone to enjoy a feast with their loved ones during this time of the year.  Meals will include a turkey, rolls, potatoes and gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce, can of sweet potatoes, vegetables, and a dessert.  If you and your family would like to receive a meal, please fill out the form and RETURN IT BY NOVEMBER 12th.  We need to order food no later than this date and there will be a limited amount of resources available.  Orders will be placed on a first come basis.  If you are getting a box, you will receive a confirmation by Friday, November 19th.

To receive your meal, families will need to come to the school on Monday, November 22nd from 2:30 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.  Boxes will be available for pick up in the front of the building during car pick up from 2:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.  From 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., a staff member will stay out front to hand out the rest of the boxes.  

Please NOTE- Meals must be picked up on November 22nd between 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.  If this is not an option for you, please indicate this on the form so we can contact you to make other arrangements. Forms will be going home with the students, so check those backpacks. You can also download the form below or pick one up at the school.
