SeDoMoCha Families, as a reminder, the forms to sign up for a Thanksgiving Meal should be returned to the school by November 1.
The SeDoMoCha Food Program will be sending home Thanksgiving meals to families who could benefit from them. We want everyone to enjoy a feast with their loved ones during this time of the year. Meals will include a turkey, rolls, potatoes and gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce, can of sweet potatoes, vegetables, and a dessert. If you and your family would like to receive a meal, please download and fill out the form below and RETURN IT BY NOVEMBER 1st or request a form at the school. We need to order food no later than this date and there will be a limited amount of resources available. Orders will be placed on a first come basis. If you are getting a box, you will receive a confirmation by Wednesday, November 9th.
To pick up the meal, families will need to come to the school on Friday, November 18th. Boxes will be available for pick up in the front of the building during car pick up from 2:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. a staff member will stay out front to hand out the rest of the boxes.
