Students finished a Maine history project and read a section of Maine Woods in 8th grade social studies classes. Each group has the option to go explore and play in the Maine woods after school with the first group going Wednesday afternoon. Toboggan runs, ice skating, and ice fishing in our own “backyard”. Mr. Miller, 8th grade social studies teacher, expressed appreciation to the parents for supporting this activity and another big THANK YOU to the Piscataquis Valley Snowmobile Club for the help and support! ⛸ 🛷
