A vaccination clinic will be held at SeDoMoCha on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. If you are interested in having your child vaccinated, they must have a completed parental consent form. If you have not received a consent form, please contact the school nurse at 564-6535 ext. 1106.
