The Maine Afterschool Network (MASN) works with programs to build visibility and support for all afterschool programs across Maine. On Wednesday, February 26, MASN held a celebration of Maine afterschool programs from 1 to 4 pm in the Hall of Flags in Augusta. They were only able to invite one program per county to participate and for Piscataquis County, that was our very own RSU 68 afterschool program! Ms. Martin, our afterschool program coordinator, hosted our table at the event, connecting and sharing information. Lawmakers and other visitors made their way through the hall, stopping by to learn more.
